One option is Saline implants. Saline implants are filled with sterile salt water. They can be filled with varying amounts of saline which can affect the shape, firmness and feel of the breast.
The other option is Silicone implants . Silicone implants are filled with an elastic gel. The gel feels and moves much like natural breast tissue.
Implants (whether they are saline or silicone) may need to be...

Comments(6)

Should I wait for a tummy tuck?

Arlene,
Well, that is a great question. The benefit of waiting to have a tummy tuck until you have decided not to have anymore children is that once you have the tummy tuck, you will not need to have it repeated again. If you should get pregnant after the tummy tuck, the worst thing that can happen is the results obtained after the tummy tuck will be gone.
When Dr. Kleinman performs a tummy tuck, he not only reduces the amount of skin (the part of the belly that hangs over pants) he also...

Comments(0)

Tummy Tuck

Arlene,
Thanks for asking that question. Results of all cosmetic procedures vary depending on what the patient looks like prior to surgery will determine how "flat" they will be after surgery.
The amt. of improvement should be discussed with the surgeon prior to surgery. Also, most women who have had this surgery have a good improvement as long as the patient has realistic expectations.
Make sure your surgeon takes the time to discuss with you the pro's and con's of the procedure.
Hope this...

Comments(1)

Tummy Tuck

Who is a good candidate for a tummy tuck?
