I am ecstatic about the results of my rhinoplasty! After meeting with several plastic surgeons, I chose Dr. Kleinman because he spent the most time with me during the consultation and made me feel completely comfortable about making such an important decision. Even after my second breast augmentation (with other surgeons) I was not satisfied with the shape of my breasts. Vaser Liposuction

I am in good shape, quite fit and a good weight but I had saddlebags the would not budge no matter how much I worked out. I really did not want or need to loose any weight but the area at the top of my thighs on the sides and the back really bugged me.

Eyelid Lift

Having experience with other surgeons in this area I was very picky when it came to considering letting someone near my face. But my eyes were getting tired and sad looking and it really bothered me as that is not how I felt.

Liposuction

I finally made the decision to get lipo on my upper arms. After going through years of wearing blouses and shirts with sleeves, in the summer to hide my upper arms, I thought that now was the time to act.
The decision was the easy part. The hard part was finding a reputable, plastic surgeon. So I did my due diligence and researched many plastic surgeons and narrowed it down to two.
The first surgeon I meet with was Dr. Kleinman. After spending, I would say a good 45 minutes with him talking and answering my questions, he examined me and informed me that I would be a good candidate for the surgery. I felt comfortable enough to go a head and have Dr.Kleinman perform the procedure. I cancelled the second appointment. Dr. Kleinman explained the pros and cons of the surgery. He did indicate that there was a possibility that I would have to have a second surgery to remove the excess skin, but that decision would take place more or less, after a year, when the healing process would be complete.
Here I am 6 months later and my arms are looking better everyday. I have been working out my upper arms and have lost several inches, giving me more confidence when I wear my sleeveless tops. It seems like I will not be having the surgery to remove the excess skin, b/c there isn't any.
The one regret that I do have is not getting it done earlier.

Facelift

I awoke one morning a few years ago (then age 64), looked in the mirror, saw my that my eyelids were half closed, the pockets of fat under the eyes were beginning to bulge, the chin I had once had had all but disappeared, and said this is it - I need a facelif and thus the quest for the BEST plastic surgeon began in the tri-state area. For several years I've contemplated having Lipo on my upper arms. I've researched close to a dozen doctors and narrowed it down to two doctors, of course Dr. Kleinman being one of the two. Before my scheduled appointment, I wrote down all of my questions and considered myself ready, nervous nonetheless, but ready. Upon arriving at the office I was met by Janet, office manager, who made me feel very much at ease. During the consultation, Dr. Kleinman answered all of my questions without me even asking. He explained the pro and con's and did not sugar coat anything. I decided that I was comfortable with Dr. Kleinman's track record, and of course credentials and certifications, and I would have him perform the surgery. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Kleinman was assisted by his nurse and beautiful wife Noela, who stood by my side through the whole procedure. Since I was under local anesthesia, I was semi awake and able to carry on a conversation. I was amazed by the fact that I did not feel any pain; Noela and Dr. Kleinman kept me informed what was going on during the procedure. I was in and out of Dr. Kleinman's office within a few hours and thereafter had minimal discomfort.

Amazingly enough I slept like a baby that night. It took approximately less than two weeks for the swelling to go down, and each and every day my upper arms were getting smaller and tighter. Here I am six weeks later and I couldn't be happier with the procedure and wish I would have done it sooner.

I am a 27 year old female who is nearly 3 weeks into having Vaser Lipo of the back (bra rolls). For the most part, I consider myself to be in good health and in decent shape. In my opinion, I would consider the actual surgery to be tolerable, there was never at any point where I felt I was in too much pain but if I did feel any discomfort at some point, Noela was right there holding my hand. When everything was all over, I was slipped into my garment and taken to a room to lie down for a nap. Like I mentioned earlier, it's been almost 3 weeks since my surgery and look GREAT!

People have even said it looks as though I've lost 20lbs! I have absolutely no regrets and recommend this surgery to anymore that has had difficulty getting a part of there body in shape through diet and exercise.

I am a 50 year old male who had my nose broken twice, leaving me with a bump on the top of my nose and a drooping forefront. I visited a few plastic surgeons in New York City, but was lucky to find the best one for me was located here in Westchester.

Dr. Kleinman explained what had happened to my nose, and graphically showed me what had to be done to correct the problems. My biggest concern was wanting my nose to look natural after the surgery.
